You are invited to an "Intro to Meditation" Talk

Vedic* meditation is one of the oldest, most effortless and natural forms of meditation. The basic technique is practiced for 15-20 minutes in the morning and evening while sitting comfortably in a chair with the eyes closed. Using this technique, the individual's awareness settles down and he or she experiences a unique state of restful alertness.

It is through revisiting this state of restful alertness that meditators report experiencing increased happiness, creativity, memory and health.

To begin meditating, you are first
invited to an "Intro Talk" where you will hear Will Dalton or an Initiator trained in Vedic Meditation explain the benefits of the practice, the logistics of the basic "How To Meditate" course and answer any questions you may have. Intro Talks are usually scheduled on a monthly basis around the Los Angeles, CA area, and on occassion throughout the rest of the country.

Attending the Intro Talk is the prerequisite for taking the basic How To Meditate Course. There is no cost for attending this talk.
