Safe India Practices (eating, water etc.)

Monday 2 February
6.00am Swim and Meditation Program at Shivananda Ghat (optional)
10 am to 12 noon - Stories from the Upanishads
3.00pm to 5.00pm - Veda 7 (Veda 1 & Veda 2
review and questions)
Lunch (1pm) and Dinner (7.30pm) at designated places with Initiators assigned

Tuesday 3 February
6.00am Swim and Meditation Program at Shivananda Ghat (optional) 10.00am to 12.00pm Stories from the Upanishads
3.00pm to 5.00pm Veda 7 (Veda 3 review and Questions)
Lunch and Dinner at designated places with Initiators assigned

Wednesday 4 February
Day Trip – Vasishtha Gupta (Cave) with
lecture from Thom about Vasishtha
Group Lunch
3.00pm to 5.00pm Orientation into Initiator Training 2009 with Thom
Dinner at designated places with Initiators assigned

Thursday 5 February
6.00am Swim and Meditation Program at Shivananda Ghat (optional) 10.00am to 12.00pm Stories from the Upanishads
3.00pm to 5.00pm Orientation into Initiator Training 2009 with all other Initiators in India
Lunch and Dinner at designated places with Initiators assigned

Friday 6 February
Day Off for all

Saturday 7 February
6.00am Swim and Meditation Program at Shivananda Ghat (optional) 10.00am to 12.00pm Stories from the Upanishads
3.00pm to 5.00pm Veda 7 (Veda 4 review and Questions)
Aarthi at the Ashram with all Participants and Meeting with Swamiji

Sunday 8 February
Day Trip - Option for either White Water Rafting or Kanjapuri Devi
3.00pm to 6.00pm ATR for Initiators (Advanced Technique Training)

Monday 9 February
6.00am Swim and Meditation Program at Shivananda Ghat (optional)
10.00am to 12.00pm Stories from the Upanishads
3.00pm to 5.00pm Veda 7 (Veda 5 & 6 review and Questions)
Lunch at designated places with Initiators assigned
