• Vedic Rounding •

“Rounding” is a process that includes a simple sequence of Yoga positions, or asanas, that are easy to learn and can be practiced by anyone, and a specific breathing technique, pranayama, which, when practiced immediately before meditation, condition one's consciousness to move smoothly toward transcendence and also help one's body to more easily process the unstressings that may be a part of deep meditation.
