I’m pleased to announce my return to New York City.
If we’ve never met and you’d like to hear about meditation, please come along to my sixty-minute introductory talk at 7.00 p.m. Monday the 1st of September at 22 Harrison Street in Tribecca.
If you have already learned to meditate please feel free to drop in on one of the follow up sessions on:
Wed 3, Thu 4, or Fri 5, at either 7 a.m. or 7 p.m.
Each session will include a group meditation.
We’ll also be having an Advanced Meeting at 5.00 p.m. on Saturday the 6th of September followed by an informal meal afterward.
Also if you are interested in attending the first installment of the course, Exploring the Veda in New York on the weekend of the 6th and 7th of September, please contact Sonia (see below) for further details.
