For the past several years, Jeff has trained with his teacher, Thom Knoles, helping to bring meditation to the people of Los Angeles. A veteran actor, writer, photographer and acting teacher, as well as a long-time student of metaphysics, Jeff now brings a wealth of experience to his own teaching of Vedic Meditation. Regular Sunday morning knowledge meetings are held at the Studio City Center.
